Meet with an account manager to discuss the project requirements and scope.
This involves understanding the purpose of the visualization, the data to be visualized, the desired style and format, and the timeline.
Input materials:
– Floor plan (CAD files, wall elevations, etc.) or 3D assets (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, etc.)
– Detailed interior design specifications (furniture, materials, colors, textures)
– On-site images (if available) and references on how the space should be displayed (i.e. lighting, perspective)
Proposal:
Based on the initial consultation, we prepare a proposal that outlines the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and cost.
